No, you do not need a referral to start physical therapy at Total Therapeutic Training. We offer direct access, which means you can book an appointment with us without seeing a doctor first.

Your first session will include a detailed evaluation by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We’ll assess your condition, discuss your goals, and begin developing your personalized treatment plan.

Currently, we operate on a cash-based model. This allows us to offer longer one-on-one sessions and focus fully on your recovery without limitations set by insurance companies. However, we can provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Each session typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is entirely one-on-one with your physical therapist.

All patients are treated directly by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy. We do not use assistants or aides, ensuring you receive the highest level of care.

Yes, we offer both. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to enhance athletic performance, we provide customized training programs designed for your specific needs.
